Instructor Candidate Pre-Course Questionnaire

The Pre-Course Questionnaire must be completed by each prospective instructor candidate for the NRA Instructor Training program. Two options are provided.

1.) The questionnaire can be downloaded and completed by hand or desktop and then forwarded to info@rsoule.us. 

2.) The second option is to complete the questionnaire online. Upon completion, the questionnaire will be automatically forwarded.
